The Business Development Executive plays a critical role in establishing a foundation for success by pro-actively exceeding the company’s new business growth expectations and seeks to positively and consistently execute profitable growth tactics for the Building Automation Systems team. The result is a new business development process that delivers value and profitable revenue over time.
The Business Development Executive will work cooperatively with the sales manager, outside sales people, new customer prospects, and other company personnel to enhance relationships and increase sales in new and existing markets with new and existing customers, prospect and qualify new sales leads, create new customers, and meet or exceed business development objectives consistent with the company’s strategies. This position will work as a member of the team to support the company’s ability to reach full potential, be an advocate for new customers, and will understand and communicate all elements of our value proposition to industry affiliates, prospects, and new market segment influencers.
